These are some of the frequent questions we have encountered in working with our customers

1. If I create an account with you and buy the premium subscription, can my partner or team member use the same account?

One premium account is good for one seat, multiple people could use the account but only one person can login at a time. If you are interested in adding seats, let me know how many you want and I can give you a price for that.

2. If any credits are left at the end of the month, will it be rolled out next month?

Credits do rollover month to month, if you don't finish the 500,000 quota in one month the remainder will be available in the next month.

3. Is there a grammar and plagiarism checker included in it to cross check your written content?

The grammar HeyFriday produces would not need a grammar checker to ensure its correctness. You can, however, run it through Grammarly or a similar tool to make sure, but I haven't seen any grammar issues come up from HeyFriday before. We are looking to integrate a plagiarism checker soon but it is not online yet.

4. Is there a non-subscription option or a pay-as-you-go billing method?

HeyFriday AI currently only offers subscription service with an option to add more words on top of it.

5. How do I cancel my subscription?

If you paid through your Stripe or Paypal account, you can cancel your subscription through those platforms. If you used your card on one of those platforms, you will need to contact your card issuer to cancel.
